Our founder, Stephen Williams, is passionate about us offering a professional, yet affordable consultancy service, specifically for SMEs. And that this service should encompass Integrated FM, and the four overarching areas of facility management; People, Organisation, Space and Infrastructure, and span Strategic to Operational Facilities Management levels (hence our name SO FM). By having adopted this approach, we believe it has reduced costs for our clients, whilst providing them with one point of contact for facility management services advice.
