The foundations for the Black Sheep Skate Shop were laid over 20 years ago with the now infamous "Split Skates" which started out as an alternative shop selling a few stickers and pieces of rip grip to one if not the largest skateshop in the World which helped in forming the history of the Manchester skateboard scene. We know we have our roots firmly in place and have continued to work at this over the years to become what we are today. We do not live on our past reputation either as we have constantly worked hard to support local events, local skateparks and most importantly local skateboarders and many from all over the UK with few from around the globe thrown in for good measure.
We employ people who love what they do and that includes Professional skateboarders who carry a vast knowledge about everything we sell. We are privately owned by Myself (Harry) and Tez who have been actively involved in the UK Skateboard and Bmx scenes for over the last 30 years.
