Dominic has been a successful property developer for over 20 years, during which time he has gained a deep understanding of the impact of the built environment on the quality of life of those living and working within it. During his time as Vice Chairman and Director of The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, he reorganised and renewed its charitable mission. He is now Founder and Chief Executive of Architekton and passionately committed to bringing our vision of sustainable development into reality.

Sir Michael Peat is a non-executive director at Architekton. He was a partner at KPMG from 1985 to 1993 before joining the Royal Household. Positions held in the Household included Director of Finance and Property Services, Keeper of the Privy Purse and Treasurer to The Queen, Receiver General of The Duchy of Lancaster, Principal Private Secretary to The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall and chairman of The Prince’s Charities Foundation. He retired from the Royal Household in 2011. Sir Michael Peat is a director of CQS, an independent non-executive on the Boards of Deloitte LLP and Evraz Plc, an independent non-executive director of Arbuthnot Latham & Co Ltd., independent non-executive chairman of GEMS MENASA Holdings Ltd and an independent non-exec. of M&C Saatchi.

Luke is a registered architect experienced in the design of quality volume housing schemes and bespoke buildings for both public and private clients. With thirteen years spent in commercial practices, he has worked on a variety of projects including the recently built phases at the Duchy of Cornwall’s Poundbury development in Dorchester, contextually designed affordable apartments in the Islington Conservation Area, and played a key role in the planning submission of the Kings Cross Central masterplan, currently under construction in London.

Craig previously worked in Investment Banking before his career in property. He has an experienced background in both residential and commercial development and investment having been a Partner at a regional property consultancy prior to joining Architekton, his clients included International Property Funds and Local Authorities.
