There is one exception to this, if you completed the course with us, but through your organisation, you would need to ask them to request the replacement certificate, or authorise us to provide a replacement certificate for you.
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, we want you to feel loved, and we want you to come back year on year, but sometimes things do go wrong, which are out of our control and we are here for when that happens.
If you want to make a complaint about a service you have received, in the first instance you should get in touch with your account manager, who will be more than happy to help you.
There are times where we may be unable to do anything if what has happened is out of our control, but we will always do our best to ensure if there is something, we will do it. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 24-48 business hours.
