K Lee and Co is an independent building surveying company founded by Kevin Lee in June 2009.
In 2013, Mike Timm joined K Lee and Co as a building surveyor bringing a wealth of building surveying knowledge and more than 20 years career experience within the construction industry. Mike has worked for local authorities and a range of large Blue Chip Commercial organisations including The Boots Company Plc; Thorn High Street Properties Ltd and Bass Leisure Retail Plc.
In 2013, Rebecca Brooks has also joined K Lee and Co providing customer support and administration support helping to complement this small and dedicated building surveying team.
K Lee and Co is an RICS regulated company, which also holds a Designated Professional Body license allowing work to be completed on behalf of the insurance industry for private individuals and loss adjusters.
