My career in recruitment started after a five-year stint in the finance industry, when I decided to move into something new. I felt completely let down by the agencies who were representing me as a candidate and I felt the industry lacked honesty and integrity. I wanted to help change that.
My background in finance helps me to feel confident giving advice to candidates and clients, and my time at re:find has broadened my knowledge in other areas such as HR, IT, and Procurement too.
