John Sweeney: John started his business career as a graduate trainee for Volvo Cars. After several years in the automotive industry, he moved into the technology sector. Following a spell living in New York, he returned to the UK in 2003 and started

a marketing consultancy business. The business was acquired by DemandGen, an international B2B marketing agency in 2011. John built a team of modern marketers providing technology services to multi-national companies like Google, Getty Images, Cisco and NetApp.

John runs his own consultancy practice Business Doctors. He is also an associate of the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub and provides companies with strategic advisory support. Recent clients include fast-growing systems-integrators, software companies and marketing agencies. He will outline the business planning framework he uses with business owners to create a scalable and sustainable business.

Tracey McRobert: Tracey is a Growth Manager for T4C Funding. She will explain how your business can access the grant funding arena and gain a share of millions of pounds of funding available to support business.
