The door supervisor course which I did through Kanazawa training has given me the knowledge of how to react to certain situations. The teacher was friendly and able to pass on his previous experience of working as a police officer to explain how to react to certain situations. The course has made me feel more confident in regards to looking for a door supervisor job, as with the training, I feel I stand a better chance of finding a job.
