KPI ProSync were commissioned by JEL Lean to work behind the scenes to develop ‘white label’ solutions which were then branded to the requirements of the consultancy’s clients.
• Deliver a bespoke Fault Tree solution for a new product that had recently been launched, to provide remote sales managers with a method of diagnosing system faults and fixes or reporting issues back to head office.

KPI ProSync has already successfully delivered:
• A solution which provides the functionality to allow staff to upload items and assign AQL levels to each item. Inspection results are captured and inspection cycles adjusted as appropriate.
• A solution which provides three different methods of approaching issue resolution including following a decision matrix and fault code glossary. The backend solution provides an intuitive method of generating the Fault Tree matrix and fault code glossary for multiple products thus ensuring ongoing scalability.

KPI ProSync were commissioned to build a solution for Kappa’s Cars, a new and rapidly expanding taxi business in North Yorkshire, to help them to monitor and better understand the financial performance of the business.

KPI ProSync team expands
Here at KPI ProSync we’re delighted to have a new team member on board. Our new Head of Marketing, Jane Taylor, has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. She will take the lead on a range of activities including marketing strategy and planning, public relations, profile raising, social media, direct and digital marketing and branding.
