We work with you to produce Continuity Management plans by carrying out a Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment in order to ascertain your key risks and write plans to mitigate these actions where practical
We offer bespoke training and coaching so that your Company can take on all that we have produced for you, maintain it and embed it into your organisation. This can include training one individual, through to working with you to educate your Board.
In certain circumstances we can even offer to support you through a recovery following a major incident, we will help you get your business back on its feet as quickly as possible.

'Most Effective Recovery of the Year Award' 2005. Demonstrating our ability to plan, train, educate and respond to an incident. The incident was won for moving 850 staff from a premises in Manchester to a recovery site in Warrington in seven hours. The outage lasted for two weeks, during which time the organisation maintained service levels and even won additional business due to the quality of its response. As importantly, the move back to 'Business As Usual' was well planned and a key success - often this element of a recovery is forgotten.
