The BIG Recruit Ltd was founded in 2014. From the outset our goal was to provide a professional solution for clients whilst offering an affordable service. We have worked hard ever since our first meeting to achieve a broad client portfolio based upon trusted relationships and our consistent, efficient work ethic.

Coming from a background in education and having run small businesses Luke knows that work ethic is a vital part when trying to achieve your goals. With 3 years recruitment experience he takes this work ethic in to The BIG Recruits day to day operations and works hard to make sure that both clients and candidates have an extremely positive experience from the very start to the very end of the recruitment process.
