CBT Mills Ltd was developed to provide specialist therapies by experts in their own particular fields, as well as the more generic counselling and psychotherapy.
We recognise the importance of matching individual needs; and their specific problem, to the right Therapist who has knowledge, competence and experience in that particular area. All too often Counsellors advertise that they work with a specific problem but lack experience and clients understandably lack faith in their Therapist.
The specialisms and areas of expertise within CBT Mills are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eating Disorders, Relationship Counselling, Sex Addiction and Dysfunction, Multi-cultural Woman’s Issues. However, all three of our therapists have extensive experience of working with the more generic issues such as stress, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
