We are Mint House Interiors, an interior design company founded by two women with a passion for unique spaces, furnished with character and soul. Based on the beautiful Cornish coast Louise Ingram and Caroline Saulsbury have a clear vision; to marry their expertise in interior design with their laid back coastal lifestyles to create stunning living environments by the sea.

With experience in both the holiday rental market as well as private home commissions, Mint House Interiors have an ever-increasing portfolio of stunning properties all over Cornwall. From bijous fisherman houses to coastal lodge complexes, their ability to flex around a Client’s specific requirements coupled with their friendly, approachable nature, is with no doubt the key to their success.

Mint House Interiors offers a comprehensive design service for clients, whether it is for a single room or entire property. Using our design expertise we can be involved as little or as much as the project requires. From working with your architect at the ideas stage, right through to the completion and implementation of a project. Our interior services include; providing you with detailed floor and electrical plans, proposed look and feel design boards, room illustrations and 3D rendered graphics to help you visualise proposed design ideas.
