I finally took time out of my busy schedule to make time for the things that matter...Social Media!! I'm so glad I did it, as a result of attending the first workshop I now have a detailed Strategy with a full plan for what I need to do for the rest of January and February. I now know where I should be doing my blogging and how to use it effectively, I have taken the time to do a customer profile in detail with pictures.So for the fist time ever there is an actual point to my Social Media and I can measure the results. Previously I was posting in a very ad hoc manner when I felt like it, I was also posting in completely the wrong way. I now know that the whole point is to actually build relationships, not just put a random selling post up when you feel like it... thanks Tim, looking forward to the next one... I'm doing my homework!!
