ABOUT CARING FOR CARE LIMITED

About Caring For Care

Are you a care manager or care professional looking improve awareness and standards of care within your care setting through training? Or are you new to the care sector and wanting to prepare yourself with a foundation of skills and knowledge required to provide excellent standards of care?

By investing in your workforce, the long term benefit can be increased motivation and job satisfaction, a reduction in sickness absence due to stress, less complaints from residents and their families, and greater staff retention. In addition, a skilled team of care professionals will take greater pride in their work, enhancing the experience of residents and making the job of management easier. Caring for Care provides the skill base and empowers those working within a care setting to take responsibility for bringing about true and lasting change.

With this in mind, Caring for Care has developed a core programme of training, workshops and courses that can make this vision a reality. In addition, our core programme can be complimented with bespoke services to build upon the improvements made. These include the development of care plans, management support and on-site nursing care.

Caring for Care supplied training to us at our premises in Colchester, from booking the course to delivery the service was excellent.

The trainer was both knowledgeable and professional and the staff who attended gave very positive feedback so we have rebooked Caring for Care for more training.

From sourcing the training, booking it and the actual training taking place the service provided has been excellent. The trainer was extremely professional and knowledgeable while making the training fun. Everyone who attended the course left feeling confident to carry out PEG feeding. I would highly recommend the course.

The content was exactly what we needed. And moving forward we will be making some important changes in how we administer medication. The staff gave some excellent feedback in our team meeting afterwards.

Caring for care has supplied my company with training very recently. I cannot commend Caring for Care highly enough. The trainer was responsive thorough and provided very effective training that all my staff were very appreciative of. Their feedback, without exception was that the days were interesting fun and that they learned so much more than they would have done in front of a computer screen. More importantly than anything else is the drive to improve standards of training which refreshingly puts the ‘patient’ / ‘service user’ first with compassion and respect inherent in their philosophy.

“Regarding the medication training your company supplied and carried out for us in December 2015 , I would just like to say thank you. It has made such a difference not only to the staffs knowledge, but their confidence too when it comes to dealing with medication and completing the corresponding MAR sheet clearing any confusion the staff had at the time ,and I’m sure it will benefit our company greatly. I personally believe this was elevated by the fact the trainer is a registered nurse, which clearly showed in her knowledge and experience throughout teaching. The course was well paced and did more than cover our needs , the trainer was able to supply the exact information we needed, answering any questions and the examples and practicals that were shown were of great use too. I would and will highly recommend your services to other professionals/carers.”

“As I have told others… It is the best, most informative medication training I have ever attended – appropriately adjusted for our client group (domiciliary care) and delivered in a ‘friendly but firm’ manner. I have recommended your services to our local Care Association (Bradford) and our Skills for Care Locality Manager.”

Just a quick note to thank you and Rob for the recent training held at our premesis. I have to say the whole experience was delivered in a professional manner and the carers that attended gained great benefits based on the very positive feedback I had from all of them. I will have no hesitation in using Caring for Care again in the future to meet our training needs and will be in contact as these needs are identified.
