In Residence is an independent estates and block management company based in Nottingham's historical Lace Market with over 10 years experience. This is our core business - we do not see block management as a way of promoting other business, ie sales and lettings.

Almost all of our clients are either Resident Management Companies or Right to Manage Companies and we are well experienced in working co-operatively, courteously and in a professional manner with such resident led companies.

We are an independent local company able to quickly respond to your needs.

The management of apartment blocks and residential estates is our core business and accounts for around 90% of our turnover. We are not a sales/letting agent that has a 'division' that manages blocks - this is what we do.
