Our mission is simply to provide low cost, high quality water softener salt to all of our customers backed up by our excellent customer service. The home of our operation is in North London, however we have deliveries go out from local branches nationwide and from warehouses in Liverpool and Lincoln. For those that would prefer, we arrange for collection from our local branches for certain water softener salt products.
Because we have local dispatch points, we are normally able to offer a quick turnaround of within a couple of days with some items available for next day delivery.

Service above and beyond good!! In August I ordered 5 bags of salt tablets in error. Used them rather than try to exchange but unfortunately our water softener only works with granulated salt so it flooded in November. Contacted the company without much hope after 3 months but was pleasantly surprised. A lovely young man agreed with no quibbles to exchange the 4 unopened bags for granulated salt. My husband did have to take them back and pick up replacement but not a problem.
Living in a flat has its disadvantages when it comes to deliveries but I have to say that everything went to plan and I came home to discover that my delivery was exactly where I had requested it to be. I also noticed that your dispatch department had kept the instructions from my last delivery (even though it was more than a year ago) and had attached them to the parcels for additional guidance.
