WHO WE ARE
Sarah founded Viva Assist, after caring for an older relative. She realised how little help was available for older people who wanted to remain independent, & how difficult it can be for family members to support them when they have busy lives of their own. Sarah experienced first-hand how issues like the lack of mobility can alter all aspects of life, thus prevent us from continuing to lead the life we are used to.
Viva Assist provides one-to-one support for older people who need some assistance to maintain their independence and continue enjoying life in their own homes.
Our small, caring and flexible team can help with anything from assisting with grocery shopping and decluttering the home, to providing companionship and taking the stress out of organising, and getting to, appointments.
We mainly cover the Chester area but we are happy to travel further (mileage charges may apply). Our friendly, Chester based team will go that extra mile to make a real difference: we will provide the right team member for your needs, whether a lot or a little help is needed. At Viva Assist, we understand how important companionship is, and that it is easy to be left feeling lonely, as we get older. Often the pressures of everyday life make it hard for family and friends to visit regularly, or to take older relatives on outings.
