Our directors and staff are passionate about the business which shows in the service we provide. Our Chairman, Vic Allen, is supported by a team of extremely experienced and capable staff. Our in house team consists of Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers, a CDM Administrator, a CAD draftsman, a team of highly skilled joiners in our on site workshop. Buying, administration and accounts departments complete our office based team. We also have a plethera of highly skilled tradesmen covering all aspects of work. Having these resources in house facilitates the smooth and efficient running of our projects, whislt being vital in maintaining the quality and standards of our work.
We also have developed close relationships with designers, architects, engineers and legal advisors during our 30 years of trading who are on hand to provide their expertise along the way.
Here at Allen Wilson our long term strategy is based on creating development opportunities jointly with our partners, both in the private and social housing sectors. We have a dedicated team whose only aim is to convert the best outcome in delivering land opportunites from planning though to the construction stages. This translates into a joint venture for partnering projects, using our Group's funding partners, whether taking an equity stake though a special purpose vehicle, forward funding the construction costs or purchasing land. We identify and unlock potential development projects. Our aim is to look at each land and developement opportunity on its own merits with the view to delivering a cost effective product for our partners and clients.
