One of the first projects undertaken by Brameligh Building Services was to demolish and build a home for company director, Terry, his wife and children in Kinoulton. The house he built is a fantastic and unique, eco friendly, family home complete with underfloor heating throughout, air source heat pump, solar panels and layer upon layer of insulation. One day Terry will finish this house but building extensions and completeing alterations for his customers is his main priority, much to his wife's dismay!
Bramleigh Building Services Ltd, was established in 2004.
A family run building company based in Kinoulton, Nottingham and serving the surrounding areas including West Bridgford, Edwalton, Gamston, Keyworth, Tollerton, Bingham and Radcliffe on Trent. Bramleigh is headed up by Terry and his team Lee, Chris and Arron and backed up by his wife Philippa.
We happen to work closely with a local architect practice, Peart Bradley, in particular with Bruce Bradley. Terry has completed a number of jobs for Bruce over the years. A relationship which works for both parties. This relationship is not exclusive and we are not paid or endorsed by Peart Bradley, it has purely grown out of respect for each other's work.
We are (of course) fully insured and each project is managed by Terry. We do all the running around with suppliers, building inspectors, architects, structural engineers etc.. Utilising our contacts within the trade, we can source specialist tradesmen and materials, taking away the worry and stress as we manage the project to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.
