With 13 Courses at 4 Levels, Pilates4Life is the biggest provider of pilates tuition in the West London area. We offer a logical system of progression for the participant from complete novice to advanced level. With graded classes you are always working at the right level with focussed teaching to help you develop and progress.

Pilates Helps You to Help Others

Each year Pilates4Life and its members raise money to support the great work done by so many of the charities in our community. Pilates helps us, so we can help others. Each year we aim to do something different, something memorable to raise awareness and encourage as many as possible to join us.

In memory of Anne Walder who experienced, first-hand, the services and care that the Lynda Jackson Centre provide to cancer sufferers and their carers at Mount Vernon Hospital. A number of our members have also had their own reasons to thank the centre, so it is especially important to us.
