Founder of Southcott Homes, Andy has acquired an established and respected reputation for running high profile and award-winning property businesses. Prior to Southcott Homes, Andy founded and developed two other successful companies, Pride Homes and Amplevine Homes before streamlining his attentions to building Southcott Homes’ name as a premium home builder.

Darren drives Southcott Homes with focus on securing development sites that complement the company’s growth plans and its association with high quality homes in the best locations. Overseeing the entire development process from land acquisition through to sales and aftercare in addition to all aspects of planning and design. In addition to holding a degree in planning and development, Darren has had a distinguished career with notable success managing projects for some of the UK’s largest house-building firms.

Claire is responsible for sourcing and securing development sites that complement the company’s growth plans and its association with high quality homes in the best locations. Claire manages the development process through from site acquisition and land purchase, through the design stages and on to securing quality planning consents on bespoke sites.

Mel, brings extensive knowledge of the region’s property market to her role at Southcott Homes. Having worked for over 25 years in the residential sales market, specialising in New Build properties for the last 10 years and working in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex. As our Sale Manager, she is involved in making sure our Purchasers customer journey is as stress free as possible. Mel is involved in all aspects of the sales process from its early stages through to its aftercare.

Jane joins the Southcott Homes team as our Financial Manager and will be responsible for managing the financial accounting function including cash flow, management accounts and statutory accounts with a view to improving and implementing new processes and procedures. Jane is AAT qualified and a CIMA finalist and is looking to contribute proactively the future growth of the business. Jane has considerable experience working within this field and will be a valuable asset to the company.

Bringing over 25 year’s experience in the building industry gives Andy significant knowledge in purchasing and managing materials to ensure that the day to day running of sites is without problems. Andy’s vast experience allows him to source quality materials that are commercially viable, suitable and of high quality which insures our customers are getting the best product and also allows Southcott Homes to develop our product specification to the highest of standards.
