With a design background in fashion and a majority of lifetime spent dreaming of becoming a pattern cutter, Alice decided to take a career U-turn into the unknown world of flowers. For someone who can't even look after a simple house plant, Alice finds herself easily excitable by new breeds of flowers, unusual colour combinations and creative solutions; whether dressing the table for an intimate dinner for 25 or an end of year celebration for 300! Alice has always wanted to create beautiful things people admire, an end product people can capture and treasure, and by turning her trade from fashion to flowers she has found she can do just that! Some say she’s slightly unique and many say manic but we like to put it down to just doing something she adores and being able to do it every day.
Maria has worked as the Accountant for Lavender Green since 2002, where she has seen the Company grow from 10 employees to current 40 employees.
Maria has a great wealth of knowledge about the business and has seen it grow from strength to strength.
