After studying Business Management and Politics at university,
working as an investment consultant for the hotel and leisure industry and managing a high profile spa and leisure club Phil decided to use his experiences to help and inspire others to make a positive change to their life. He has worked with people for all walks of life with different abilities and goals whether it is clients that have never trained before and are looking for general fitness and weight loss or those that are after more specific and intensive training.
