Who Is Barchester Properties?

Barchester Properties is an experienced family run firm who have been building houses in the heart of the Cotswolds for over half a century - and letting properties for the last fifteen years or so. Working within the Cotswolds has provided us with excellent local knowledge and an understanding of traditional methods of construction and renovation using indigenous natural materials.

We were the first professional private company to build and offer homes for rent in the village, before any of the main estate agents, often building brand new houses to offer straight onto the lettings market.

With all of our building and letting experience we are confident of catering to all aspects of construction as well as finding the right home for you.
