I began work as a beauty therapist in 1980, then went on to train as a holistic therapist, qualifying in aromatherapy, reflexology, body massage, diet, nutrition and counselling. I followed this by studying advanced aromatherapy and advanced massage techniques, which included sports massage and deep tissue and neuromuscular massage.
I enjoyed my job so much that it never felt like work, but unfortunately after thirteen years of performing massage, it began to take its toll and I got repetitive strain injury in my fingers and arms; I had to stop seeing clients and give up my business, which was devastating.
As well as our range of natural handmade products, we also offer a bespoke service and fragrance free products.
I specialise in making custom blends to meet my clients’ needs.
As someone with sensitive skin myself, I choose the ingredients for my products carefully to suit people with sensitive skin conditions who have difficulty finding products to suit them.”
