Let us first introduce ourselves and the Business that we feel sets the standards of flooring in Herefordshire.
Focus Flooring Ltd began in 2003 and has been running successfully and growing from strength to strength since this time. The business was created by Dylan, who originates from Hereford and who has worked within the flooring trade all of his working life. Dylan has worked in a sales and service role as well as a fitting role, so there is no one more knowledgeable to go to for advice!
At first, Dylan worked as a one man band, but due to the success of the business, we now have a dedicated, hard working team; all of whom take a great deal of pride in what they do. We only ever deal with local tradesmen. All staff have a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check at Enhanced level for that extra peace of mind.
We do not operate from a shop. We do have a premise where we keep our range of samples and where we accept deliveries. The bespoke service we offer is that we come to you. With no expensive shop overheads and expenses, we are able to keep our prices down. This is how we separate ourselves from the rest.
As we've mentioned, with no shop overheads, we are incredibly competitive. Also, when you've had a hard day or week at work, you may feel that trudging around all the carpet shops is something you'd rather not do. One carpet looks like the one you've just looked at and it all becomes a blur! Or maybe you're a busy family or you're a lot less mobile than you used to be. Quotations and the measuring services are completely free of charge, whether you place an order or not, so you have nothing to lose. We DO NOT HARD SELL so you can feel relaxed in your own home. We understand and treat you as an individual and through the consultation, we can offer advice (if you need it) on the best flooring to meet your needs and your requirements.
For our Contract and Commercial customers, we are VAT registered and are part of the Construction Industry Scheme. All COSHH sheets for materials worked with on site are available and Public Liability Insurance is held with cover up to and including �5,000,000.00.
