The attention to detail that you provide is very different to other trainers. You have intimate knowledge of the body and how it works. You are a very knowledgeable person always happy to explain in a way that non-professionals would understand. You are not frightened to ask questions and to get more of an understanding of the condition I was recovering from. You take the knowledge and create a programme relevant to me. You care. You inspire confidence and the desire to do better at each session. You wait for the inspiration to come to me, you allow me to own my recovery and be responsible for it too. A true coach! It is always a pleasure to be in your company, whether walking 110 miles or up Ben Nevis in the dark. You are always smiling and have a positive healing energy that is backed up with a wealth of knowledge.”
