We provide event medical cover for equestrian events and country shows.
We provide event medical cover, ambulances and paramedics for all sizes of events from school fetes or village events to large festivals with 24hr paramedics and ambulance crew.
We provide international repatriation services for individuals and insurance companies for patients who find themeselves needing international assistance or repatriation from UK airports to hospital or home. Our medical assistance team will come out to you and pick you up by road or air ambulance depending on clinical need. We charter air ambulance which minimises our maintenance costs but use our own fleet of land ambulances.
Our fleet includes frontline specification A&E ambulances, Rapid Response vehicles, 4×4 Response vehicles and cycle response. We provide provide private ambulances with paramedics, technicians or student paramedics to private hospitals, care homes, the NHS and individuals whether they are traveling between hospitals or from home or holiday.
We are insured by Hiscox for full liability and medical malpractice. Our vehicles are insured for emergency driving.
We are equipped to A&E frontline levels with medical gases, 12-lead ECG, ALS, monitoring and JRCALC medicines. We also have specialist equipment for long distance transfers such as pressure reducing mattresses and nursing supplies.

Our team will contact you and discuss your needs before coming up with a prompt quotation and plan. For events, we will complete an event medical operational plan and where necessary, we will notify and liaise with our contacts at the relevant local NHS ambulance trust and hospitals, for large events we may attend SAG meetings with the council. Our events team caters for every event from school fetes to medium to large crowd events such as festivals. Our transport team provide paramedic ambulances and fast response vehicles for private transfers and the NHS.
One the unique features of MET Medical is that every single member of clinical staff has considerable experience in answering 999 calls as well as event or film set experience and all of our nurses have recent A&E exposure. This really stands us apart and also means we can deliver a superior care making for a safer experience. It goes without saying, that all of our staff undergo DBS checks, immunisation and health checks and receive regular ongoing training. In fact every single member of our clinical team who have not registered as a nurse or paramedic are enrolled in a paramedic training program at university degree level.
