Lexoo operates an international network of high quality lawyers (typically ex-big firm senior lawyers) who offer high-end expertise on a low-overhead basis. We’re a team of ex-lawyers ourselves and we vet every lawyer who joins the platform. Businesses and in-house legal teams use Lexoo to quickly tender out their legal work to our network. Why we built Lexoo
When we were practising in “Big Law” firms, we experienced its inefficiencies first hand. Clients are frustrated with the lack of transparency and inflated legal fees, whilst deep down lawyers don’t enjoy billing in 6 minute increments either.
Technology has levelled the playing field in so many areas of our lives. Why should the law be any different? We quit our jobs as City lawyers to change this. We have a relentless focus on ensuring that all lawyers on our platform are true experts in their fields but also share our philosophy of efficiency, transparency and cost-certainty.
Before founding Lexoo, Daniel worked for over 5 years as a lawyer at an international law firm (De Brauw), first in Amsterdam, then in London. He's always up for a game of squash, and is easily excited.
Shilpa is responsible for maintaining the quality of Lexoo’s legal network.
Prior to joining Lexoo, Shilpa spent over 10 years at Linklaters, first as a lawyer, then as its COO for India & Africa.

Ben heads up business development at Lexoo.
Before joining Lexoo, Ben worked as a litigation solicitor at Norton Rose, as well as Hausfeld.
Prior to joining Lexoo, Anna-Sophie worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Business Development Manager
Prior to joining Lexoo, Ivy worked as a project finance lawyer at Allen & Overy as well as a researcher at the Economist Intelligence Unit.
Nicole manages the operations process at Lexoo.
Prior to joining Lexoo Nicole worked as a lawyer at the World Bank in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining Lexoo James was the Growth Marketing Manager at equity research platform, Research Tree, and Content Manager at venture-backed BrightTalk.
