TOLAN Training Ltd was established in 2010 when Mark Tolan retired from serving over 23 years in the Royal Navy. The considerable experience he gained there in the delivery of effective and enjoyable presentations and training courses, as well as a secondary role dealing with First Aid, stood him in good stead when launching his new career.
A qualified trainer in a number of disciplines and also a Community First Responder for the Coventry area, his company’s success is due to his hands-on approach, his attention to detail, excellence in customer service and flexibility, leaving delegates with the skills and confidence to administer their skill in a live environment. He has delivered courses for many blue chip companies as well as bespoke training for small and medium size enterprises.
Due to the experienced he gained working as a Community First Responder Mark was asked to provided medical cover for a local event with a colleague. Since then TOLAN Events was formed in 2015 and we now offer medical cover all over the Midlands. Mark has now qualified to the Emergency Care Assistant level by completing the FREC Level 4 course and intends to be trained as a Technician in due course

All courses are approved, certified and delivered by experienced trainers with either a military or medical background. We can also offer tailor- made packages to meet all your training needs – and at a cost effective price.
We can also provide Medical cover for your event using a minimum of experienced First Responders up to Paramedic cover. (see separate page).
