Timberventure Ltd was formed by Director, Colin McNulty, in 2014 and he was joined by fellow Director, Scott Jeff, in 2015, both want to offer their customers two things... Great Service and Superior Quality. With these two ingredients the outcome is something we are very proud of. Our skilled staff members have the ability to take on a wider range of projects with no limitations.

When you come to us, we will use modern software to generate a 3D rendering of exactly how you want your product to look – avoiding any complications and miscommunication on the way. As well as this we have an onsite showroom, perfect for getting a real feel of the materials and fabrics to be incorporated into your build. By using all of these services and more you will be able to visualise the end product before any work has even begun.
Situated on a farm in the rural Devon countryside, Timberventure HQ is open to customers Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and via appointment on Saturdays.
Building Garden Rooms is something we all enjoy at timberventure, the excitement comes from the survey when we get to see the space for the first time, everybody has a different garden and we get to create a bespoke space just for the customer… Designing and building cinema rooms, gyms, workshops, hobby rooms, home offices or just a place to relax, people have so many different ideas, and we get to turn them into reality.
You can still use it all year round, even sleep in it! We build within the boundaries of permitted development rules, so planning permission shouldn't be necessary.
All our rooms are guaranteed and come with a full electrical commission and certification.

Knowing the importance of low maintenance and high efficiency, we heavily insulate each lodge to ensure comfortable living all year round no matter what the weather. We also offer different packages to even insulate to current building regulations, and there are many more energy saving products to reduce your maintenance and utility bills.
