Advanced Autoglazing ltd are a mobile Windscreen repair and replacement business in Colchester, covering Colchester, Clacton, Frinton, Harwich, Halstead, Sudbury, Witham, Braintree, Maldon and the surrounding areas.
Advanced Autoglazing is a family owned business, small enough to care passionately about our customers, but also big enough to handle work on a national basis, via our independent network partners.
Business owner Mike Goss has over 20 years experience in the windscreen replacement industry. Mike started out with the Uk's largest windscreen company back in 1989, but disillusioned with the arrogance & poor customer care offered by the bigger National companies, he left in 2002 to become a partner in a local business,1st Choice Windscreens ltd.
In 2007 Mike decided to show his commitment to quality, by gaining GQA level 2 qualifications, & ATA accreditation. He was one of the first independent glass replacement technicians in the UK to pass first time & be accredited with ATA grade1 status, which was also renewed in 2013. After 13 successful years trading & due to retirement by another director, it was time to move on & create Advanced Autoglazing.
Our goal, is to provide you with a fast & efficient glass replacement service, with great attention to detail, but also one with sensible prices that won't break the bank. We use the highest quality products we can source, such as glass from Pilkington, & adhesives from Henkel (part of the Loctite brand), so you know your getting a safely installed high quality replacement windscreen.
We regularly carry out work for franchised main dealers, over the years this has included: Ford, Kia, Chrysler, Peugeot, Skoda, Renault, Diahatsu, Citroen, Toyota, Vauxhall, Fiat, Saab, Mazda, MG, Proton, Lexus, Mini, Kia & VW to name but a few. We are also highly skilled in removing & refitting bonded glass, & do so on a daily basis for many Accident repairers.
