Professional Training was founded by Nadine Stanton. Nadine entered the legal profession at Nottingham Law School as a graduate in 1992 studying the graduate diploma in law and the legal practice course. She undertook her training contract at Lester Aldridge solicitors in Bournemouth and thereafter on qualification she moved to Eversheds an international firm of solicitors practising as a
From training in this legal setting her interest grew and in 2002 she then moved into lecturing for the next few years in business law both at The College of Law and BPP – both leading training institutions. As a senior lecturer and head of training at BPP she began to develop and train in soft skills as well as the law as she realised how vitally important these skills were in the workplace. Nadine trained coached and mentored all the staff so that they were able to teach law students. It was this observation and experience which gave her the idea to widen the net to other business professionals and she set up her own business in 2010 as a professional business coach.
