PicSave Ltd was founded in 2011 by Bridget Bridgett (no, it's not a mistype!). We originally set up the business after scanning thousands of our own family photos and slides. We realised that there was a demand for an affordable, reliable scanning service that didn't break the bank! So we set up our business to help people like us to save their treasured memories. Customers told us they wanted to easily see their photographs and share them with family and friends. Not only that, they wanted to safeguard them for the future. Customers also told us that they didn't have the time or the inclination to scan the photos or slides themselves. But they wanted to know that their treasured memories would be in safe hands. It is difficult to impart trust and sincerity in a website, but we have tried to do this by keeping things simple. We no longer operate a cart on our website which means customers don't now have to order and pay upfront. We complete orders and then invoice for payment, why? Because we want to talk and communicate with customers throughout the process to ensure that their experience exceeds expectations
