The Practice philosophy is to establish a close working relationship with our Clients to understand the Client's aims and objectives and from this set out a clear design brief, then to develop the design with the Client.
We always endeavour to develop good working relationships with Planning Officers and other Statutory Authority Officers as we believe this to be a key ingredient in obtaining planning permission for a Client's preferred design.
The Practice is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance currently at the level of £2m each and every claim. If required, this can be formally confirmed by the Practice Brokers, Messrs. Beaumont Lawrence & Company Limited.
During which time it has progressed from a purely local Practice to being involved in nationwide projects with a national clientele working with nationally recognised Agents, Consultants and Contractors. Overseas commissions have also been undertaken.
