Lynda is a Business Continuity Specialist, BCI Approved Instructor, ISO22301 Lead Auditor and author/contributor for a number of business continuity professional publications. Lynda has extensive business continuity, training and project management experience gain through working with private sector financial services, leisure, COMAH and logistics organizations, as well as Government, Ministry of Defence, Police Service, Local Authorities and the Higher Educational sectors. Lynda has developed and successfully implemented a number of accredited/certified business continuity management systems both BS25999 and ISO22301.
Lynda’s experience stretches across multiple complex and real time environments that have undergone massive organizational change. Her skills include but are not limited to, project management, training, change management, crisis management, emergency management, incident management and business continuity.
Lynda has established, acted as an executive member and chaired many forums including the Higher Education Business Continuity Network (HEBCoN); Police Multimedia User Group; the East Midlands Police IT Training Managers Forum; the South and East Midlands Business Continuity Institute Forum and the Greater Lincoln Business Resilience Forum. She is passionate about business continuity and has seen first-hand how it adds value to organizations.
