Louise opened Support me at Home in November 2013 and is the Owner/Director & Registered Manager.
Rosalind is our recruiter and works alongside the human resources department. She manages every stage of recruitment and candidate selection for our organisation, attracting talent, vetting candidates and advising the business on the best recruitment practices and processes.
Makala devises our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess’s its outcomes. She identifies training and developmental needs of our care staff and drives suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the company.
Nicola has recently joined our team in North Walsham as an apprentice. Nicola will learn all aspects of the business from our experienced team. She is already making a great addition to the office team.

Our admin staff are of course only one part of Support Me at Home. We also have an army of dedicated carers looking after our clients day to day needs. We can’t feature them all here but we will be honoring one a month for their outstanding service.
