As the Director responsible for Sales and Marketing, Andy works with external partners to identify market trends and their relevance to Quatrix and to raise brand profile within the industry. Internally Andy manages the Sales and Marketing Teams and works to define strategy, raise profile, generate sales opportunity and support the sales effort.

Having trained with a top 20 firm of chartered accountants prior to moving into industry, Steve brings a wealth of commercial and financial expertise to Quatrix. Responsible for all commercial aspects of Quatrix including financial reporting and forecasting, contractual negotiations, supplier management, quality management, human resource management and internal systems, Steve heads up the finance and administration team and supports both operations and sales by providing the teams with relevant input and support as required. Steve works as part of the senior management team to help define and implement business strategy and provide guidance with regards business transformation and evolution.
