Referrals and Admissions
Our referral procedure has been designed to minimise anxieties surrounding the move to a new home and wherever possible our aim is to collaborate with referring agencies in relation to a planned admission.
New Horizons provides supported accommodation for young people who have been referred by their local authority as needing help to move towards independence.
New Horizons (NW) Ltd., are providers of high quality residential care for children and young people in the north west of England.
