As a privately owned, boutique consultancy, we are able to provide a bespoke service in a highly competitive market sector, tailoring our services to our clients specific needs. Every client has their own designated consultant. This close relationship ensures you are working with someone you trust who thoroughly understands the challenges faced by your organisation.
Having worked within the industry for many years, we have an extensive knowledge of the Executive Search and recruitment support staff working across a wide range of agencies and search firms. We are able to head hunt the very best from across the industry and are also able to spot and attract talent from elsewhere such as high street agencies.
When giving us your vacancy a database search will be carried out immediately. Your consultant will put together a short list of candidates based on their skills and previous work experience. We aim to provide you with approximately five CV's per vacancy, all matching your specific criteria, including previous experience, skills, education and personality.
At OML Partners, we do not put forward any candidates until we have interviewed them face to face and are satisfied they are of a high enough calibre. We establish details of their professional experience, their reasons for leaving, eligibility to work in the UK, location, education, qualifications and references.
As a boutique our overheads are low and we are able to offer more competitive rates for the introduction of permanent staff, compared to many of the larger agencies.
