Our team of professionals is headed by owner/chef pâtissière Kaushik. Kaushik has a wealth of experience working as a development chef, an executive pastry chef for the retail industry, 5 star hotels, fine dining and experience on board some of the worlds most luxurious cruise liners. It’s with this experience and expertise that we can confidently say that we are able to create, design and deliver a truly wonderful dessert and offer a professional and personalised service.
For diners with a sweet tooth the Desserts section of the menu is probably the one they most look forward to. Our Pub Classics range consists of hearty, hand-made desserts to put smiles on faces. This range is about showcasing the very best of classic and traditional desserts – from steamed pudding classics to tarts, pies, cheesecakes, roulades and mousses. If your pub, bistro or restaurant specialises in a certain cuisine such as Indian, Tapas or Thai – we are able to suggest dessert ranges to complement your menus. All our ranges can include bespoke, handmade desserts, made exclusively for you.

Choose from our extensive product range or design your own bespoke dessert with the help of our expert, Patisserie Chef. We understand that the food is one of the most important aspects for a wedding – often reflecting the personality of the couple or the theme of the day. We go the extra mile – Couples are invited to our kitchens in the Forest of Dean to design to sample and select the desserts for their big day. We deliver with confidence – We can work directly with the couple, caterers or wedding venue to ensure that our hand-made desserts arrive safely, on time and are presented to our very high standards.
