Alan founded Firstxtra in 1994 and today runs the business with his son Chris. Alan has spent his entire career in the finance industry and worked with major finance companies in all areas of consumer and business financing. Alan lives in Chieveley with his wife and enjoys playing golf cycling and watching all types of sport.
Chris joined Firstxtra with his father in April 2004. As Operations Director, Chris looks after the daily management and running of the business, and he specialises in mortgage and protection advice. Chris has lived in the local area for more than 25 years and enjoys cars, golf and sports.
Emma joined Firstxtra in 2016 having previously worked for Pepsico as a Trading Executive. Emma is responsible for Business Protection Insurance and business development. Emma has lived in Newbury all of her life and lives with Chris and their two children. She enjoys sunshine holidays, fashion and running.
Natalie joined Firstxtra in January 2014 and holds full CeMAP qualifications so that she can provide advice to clients on mortgages and protection insurance. Natalie lives in Didcot with her husband Scott and their dog Patch. She enjoys sports but mainly horse riding & walking.
Kara joined Firstxtra in 2016 as an apprentice in Business Administration which will be completed in July 2017 and is also PA to Fatima. Kara enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and trying new things!
Tilly joined Firstxtra in May 2016, as an apprentice in Business Administration which she completed in June 2017, she now is a PA to Charlotte. In her spare time Tilly likes to spend time with her family, keep fit and shop.
Grace joined Firstxtra in April 2017 having previously worked in finance and accounting. Grace is now PA to Lauren whilst helping others out in her team. She really enjoys going to the gym to keep fit, shopping and spending time with her friends.
Beth joined Firstxtra in 2017 as an apprentice in Level 3 Business and Administration which she completed in August 2017. Beth provides a great service to FirstXtra clients whilst working alongside Jordan. She enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and shopping.
An excellent friendly and professional service provided by all members of staff at all times! We have moved 3 times and have used Firstxtra each time. We would highly recommend Firstxtra! We would like to add that whilst the service provided by all members of staff was excellent. We feel it is important to especially mention Lauren. She has been a pleasure to deal with, very polite and courteous. Regular emails and calls kept us completely up to date during some difficult times on the purchase of our new house.
