ABOUT TOTAL PLANNING SOLUTIONS (UK) LIMITED

Total Planning Solutions (UK) Ltd offers a bespoke Architectural Planning Consultancy service. We are unique because we provide a One-Stop solution in supporting planning submissions to Local Government, whilst carrying out other services such as Enforcement and Planning Appeals, Architectural drawings and Building regulation submissions, without the need to acquire separate competent consultants in each of these fields.

The company was set up in February 2012 after assessing the need for this type of one stop service, which was absent within this industry.

Although we are based in Teesside we have a national geographical coverage delivering successful commercially viable planning solutions throughout the UK.

From my time working in Londons West End, for the commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle in 2004-2008, I gained valuable corporate real estate experience. I later went on to study for a BA Hons in Interior Architecture in 2009-2012. After graduating I worked for my now partner as a technical drawer, 3D visualizer and interior designer. I am an innovative creative thinker with an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and a proven ability to generate fresh solutions for the renovation of internal spaces, including structural alterations, lighting, Space planning, Ergonomics, Building Regulations, Architectural design drawing & presentations of my own conceptual creations. I produce Feasibility reports using Auto Cad, 3Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop and In Design to present my work.
