Through discovering the Paleo lifestyle as a way of life that only wants to enhance you; her passion about food and nutrition increased and she just wanted to share her experience and ongoing adventure with everyone! So, Designed2Eat’s blog was set up in January 2013 on Instagram. Since then the blog has expanded onto Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest.
In September 2013, Charleh became a first-year student at Sheffield Hallam University studying Food Marketing Management as well as joining the Nourish Fast Food family as a Team Member. It is her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to go out and have food that is good for your mind, body and soul as a part of society, in convenient locations for you, so Designed2Eat was officially set up in August 2013.

As a Director and Investor in Designed2Eat, Peter is keen to support the need to get back to eating foods that our bodies were designed to eat.
After family bereavements, Peter's Late Auto Immune Diabetes was triggered by stress and his passion for food. nutrition and lifestyle was ignited. Working with Charleh and extensive research, Peter is now able to live without medication and enjoy savoury and sweet foods whilst carefully controlling his blood sugars and cholesterol. He now wants to help others and change the landscape of the food industry.
