CM2 Construction are a building firm that have been established for over 15 years, set up 1999 by the director Adrian Gibbs who has worked in the industry for 30 years in numerous sectors of the construction industry. These sectors include residential development, insurance related repairs, commercial maintenance and conservation work to historic buildings.
Our contract states how long the project is expected to take, the start date, insurance details and payments terms. You can be assured that any changes to the work specified or extra costs will be confirmed in writing and agreed with you before such work begins.
The company is a full member of the Federation of Master Builders and all works are completed with insurance backed guarantees. We are happy to work under insurance company and public sector standard terms and conditions, Joint Contracts Tribunal or any other contract that may be appropriate.
