Michael has been managing director of Thermohouse Ltd. since its inception. Thermohouse UK Ltd. along with Michael Cronin Readymix, Thermohouse Ireland Ltd. and Redmore Developments is part of MC Group which was also established in 1994 by Michael and is now one of the largest family owned quarry operators in the South West of Ireland. With over 20 years experience and a wealth of knowledge and leadership in the construction and building materials industry, Michael has developed Thermohouse into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of ICF and low energy building systems. His role in leadership and management of his team has been fundamental in the development and expansion of the company into the UK market.
Dony is the company’s technical support and business development manager. His role is to review client inquiries and liaise with the clients and/or their representatives on all issues arising in relation to the technical aspects of the Thermohouse System. With Dony’s knowledge and experience at Thermohouse, he is equipped to answer any type of technical issue that may arise in relation to the system. Dony is also responsible for seeking out new business development opportunities for the company’s Irish market. Dony also acts as the company representative in dealing with technical issues with our approval bodies.
Stephen Keating, Production & Factory Manager
Stephen’s role is to manage the logistics for client orders, along with all matters in relation to Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Health & Safety. He also acts as the company representative in dealing with quality issues with our approval bodies. Stephen’s highly skilled expertise as the production and factory manager ensures a quick and cost effective product production and delivery.
Lorna has been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology from DIT, a Master’s in Business from UCC, and she’s currently studying at the IMI for a post-grad in International Business Development. As Thermohouse’s Business Development Executive, Lorna liaises with our clients, answering any queries they have with the system and its associated elements. Lorna is available to our clients every step of the sales process. Lorna endeavours to open new avenues for our system and ensure that Thermohouse products and service both provide our clients with a high performance building solution and satisfy end-users requirements for a safe and comfortable living environment. Lorna is driven to build Thermohouse’s presence in the UK, become the foremost authority on ICF construction and develop the company to become the leading player in the UK construction market.
