cda is an independent, specialist management consultancy firm. Our focus is on designing and delivering large-scale organisational development and change to deliver improved business performance.
The business was established in 1993 by Caroline Dunk following several years as a management consultant specialising in organisation development and change with a major consulting firm. In 1997 she was joined by her husband Tony, who had until then been working as a senior manager in an international services business.
We care passionately about the quality of what we do. We are ISO9001 accredited and we are constantly working to improve our skills and services.
Rebecca manages the translation of learning and development materials into the languages required by our global clients. Her role is to project manage a complex translation process which involves understanding customer and market requirements and liaising with market reviewers and translation agencies to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. She produces management information for each project which records project status against agreed delivery dates, target milestones, identified issues, risks and assumptions. Rebecca holds an HND in Business Management and is qualified to use Microsoft Project.
Louise is our Project Accountant. She manages cda’s project costing and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate data for our clients and our management team. Prior to joining cda, Louise worked in a variety of commercial accounting roles in a variety of sectors including Financial Services. She is CIMA qualified and is also holds a qualification from the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Stephanie is cda’s Financial Accountant. She leads the day to day financial management of the business, including cash flow management and the production of our quarterly and annual accounts. She has worked in a variety of different sectors, including food production, financial services and property. She also has a strong background in agriculture. Stephanie is CIMA qualified, has a Hons degree in Food Marketing Sciences and holds a marketing diploma from the institute of Marketing.
Caroline is an experienced trainer and facilitator who has delivered training and development across a range of sectors, including automotive. She leads the delivery of cda’s ‘Taking the Lead’ Programme for Toyota GB and has also run a series of workshops for Toyota staff aimed at helping them to get the most out of the TGB Development Guide. She has also delivered training for Jaguar and Land Rover Experience teams. Other projects have included delivering coaching skills training for T-Mobile and microlearning workshops for BT. Caroline holds a degree in French and Business, a Certificate in Personnel Management and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tests.
Stephanie is a Project Coordinator. She works with cda’s Consultants to produce high quality training materials, working to tight deadlines. Her role includes project managing the production of learning and development materials to ensure key deadlines are met. She also manages a range of supporting development activities, such as 360 feedback programmes and the submission of development plans by course delegates. Stephanie is trained to use a variety of packages including Articulate Storyline, Advanced PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
John has extensive experience of providing training and consulting within the automotive Aftersales environment. His experience includes the design and delivery of training and coaching programmes for a variety of Aftersales roles. He has worked on the delivery of the cda programmes for Jaguar Land Rover Heads of Business, Field Teams and After Sales departmental heads. He has also provided input into the development of cda training for service teams and specialises in performance improvement methodology linking the theory to practical implementation. John has worked with many automotive brands world-wide including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin and Lexus. Prior to his work in the automotive sector John trained as an accountant.
Abby is a Project Coordinator in cda’s Project Administration Team. She works with Consultants to produce high quality training materials for our clients. She supports materials production across international markets and acts as a point of expertise for training departments and other agencies who may have queries about the materials and their use. Abby has a degree in Photography and is trained to use a variety of packages including Adobe InDesign.
Simon is an experienced trainer, Consultant and coach. His areas of expertise include channel and distributor management, selling skills and negotiation skills. Simon has also delivered training for managers and leaders. Simon holds a degree in Psychology. He is qualified as a MBTI practitioner and uses a range of psychological and behavioural profiling instruments. Simon also holds a Masters Degree in Marketing.
Danny is a experienced writer and designer with skills in learning and development, and internal communications. With British Gas he developed regulatory compliance and customer service training. He also delivered a targeted suite of internal communications to support the launch of The O2 Arena. With cda he has developed blended learning solutions including e-Guides and eLearning covering a diverse range of topics from interpersonal skills to key business processes. Degree in English and Media followed later by a HNC in Interactive Media Design as part of his continuing professional development.
Alan is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a strong background in the automotive sector. Starting his career as a technical apprentice he went to hold technical, After Sales, and Sales field roles with a motor manufacturer. He worked successfully as a Sales Manager in a number of large franchised Retailers before becoming a trainer and Consultant. Alan works in both Sales and After Sales to help Retailers improve their operational performance. He has developed and delivered a number of leadership programmes for automotive manufacturers and with cda has been involved in a number of large customer service programmes, including Toyota GB Retail Concept. Most recently for cda Alan has delivered a series of programmes to support the development of consultancy skills in field teams. He has delivered training in Australia, North America and Europe.
