About 4uSupport
4uSupport is a family run Care and Support Agency working with adults in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. We have been providing support services since April 2012 and have been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since March 2014.
Our office team is highly experienced in the Health and Social Care Sector and are committed to providing high quality services to people living in their own homes. We achieve this by arranging an introductory meeting with you and those who you may like to attend, such as your next of kin to provide a package of support that is tailored to your requirements. We are committed to providing you with continuity of care whenever possible.
4uSupport will provide you with fully trained Support / Home Care Workers who all have enhanced DBS disclosures (previously known as a CRB) as well as undergone a full induction program consisting of mandatory training in moving and handling, medication administration, infection control, health and safety in addition to all other topics needed for the Care Certificate. All staff are continuously encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge with training focused on meeting our very high standards of provision as well as completing NVQ's Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Health and Social Care. All of our staff are also fully insured by public liability insurance when working within individuals homes and some of our support staff do have access to there own vehicles as well as business insurance enabling them to provide support with activities in the community.
