Our Aim is to raise people’s expectations about student lettings and want students to feel we listen to their needs and for parents to have peace of mind in well maintained properties with NO HIDDEN costs.

Sterling lettings is based in the centre of De Montfort University campus and easily located from the centre of Leicester. As the office is so close it provides a direct point of contact if any problems arise.

All accommodation we provide is of a high standard that students and parents have come to expect. They are inspected on a regular basis and with full time cleaning staff we ensure they stay in excellent condition.
